Steve Houghton's over 50's were no match for the strong and well drilled Hereford side this Sunday, playing in the first round of the Masters Over 50's England Hockey Cup.

Hereford commanded the midfield creating several chances and goals totalling four in the first half.
After the fifth goal, shortly after half-time, the Wilts team scored a well worked goal, Keith Jeffreys striking the ball deftly into the net. 
A second goal for the home side followed, with Steve H coverting to bring the score to 2 - 5.

Hereford replied with three further goals, two from penalty corners.

The team now go into the Plate competition.
